PCT - You should start taking Ultra Male the day after your cycle is completed. Take 1 capsule per day. Only take 2 capsules per day if you are over 250lbs. Best to take in the morning with a meal. This should be done for the 30 days following your cycle.

Standalone - If you are taking it as a standalone product to help with boosting testosterone, then take 1 capsule per day with breakfast. Take 2 capsules only if you weigh more than 250lbs. Can be taken for up to 8 weeks, but then an 8 week break before cycling again.
