Directions: How to Use the stack for the Best Results

First 4 Weeks

Chosen-1: Because this is one of the main products during your cycle for building up lean muscle mass and strength, Blackstone recommends that you take 1 capsule with breakfast and the another capsule with dinner. You should do this for the entire first 4 weeks.

Brutal 4ce: The other main product during your cycle. This is going to help with increasing muscle mass, lean muscle and strength. You should take this right along with your 1-andro. In the morning with breakfast and at night with dinner. Do this one for the first 4 weeks as well.

Gear Support: This was added to keep you as healthy as possible during your workout. Not only does it help keep your vital organs, it keeps you at 100% throughout your cycle. Take 2 capsules per day with food. Most customers take it at the same time as the 1-andro and 4-andro. Take for the entire first 4 weeks.

Last 4 Weeks

PCT V: Because you want to keep the gains you have made during the first 4 weeks, you should start taking PCT V immediately after completing your 1-andro/4-andro cycle. Take this product for the entire 4 weeks after the conclusion of your cycle. 2 capsules per day, one with breakfast and one with dinner.

Eradicate: Make sure not to forget this one. It's going to keep those estrogen levels down and help fight increasing cortisol levels that just want to waste your muscle and get you fat. Take 1 capsules 3 times per day. One with breakfast, one with lunch and one with dinner.

Other Important Things

• Increase your calories during your cycle and post cycle. Depending on your goal (bulking or cutting), choose carefully the foods you use to increase those calories
• Increase your training frequency. For example, if you train 5 days a week, try to increase that to 6 days per week
• Don't drink alcohol or at least don't binge
• Drink tons of water

Cycling This Stack
