How to Take the Stack for the Best Results

Blackstone Labs Hype: Because this is non-stimulant, you can move right in and take 1-2 scoops about 30min prior to your workout. For the ultimate pumps take 2 scoops.

Blackstone Labs Cobra 6P Extreme Powder: Blackstone Labs recommends that you begin by taking only one scoop per day in the morning with 12 ounces of water and a meal. Once tolerance has been assessed you can add another scoop in the afternoon. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Take for a maximum of 8 weeks before taking at least 4 weeks off.

Blackstone Labs Resurgence: Depending on your goals, there are a few different ways to take Resurgence.

  • Anytime Energy: Take 1 serving right in the morning and between meals when you need an energy boost.
  • Pre-Workout: Take 1-2 servings about 30min pre-workout.
