AllWhey Classic Breakdown

This is a simple, straightforward protein featuring whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. There's no glutamine, creatine, or glycine here, so you can be sure that there's no amino spiking.

 Whey Protein Concentrate - Whey accounts for 20% of the protein content in milk, and casein is the other 80%. Whey digests very quickly and is the ideal choice for a post-workout shake to replenish the amino acids you lose when doing hard work.
